I am in love with modular designs and paisley patterns. I love subtle colors that can be interpreted into different things. Technicolor is rather wicked. I do enjoy things that probably shouldn't go together, like greens and oranges, blues and reds. Beiges and reds are my favorites. Colors on mute are beautiful.

I am from Arizona, so dust is kind of in my nature. It's in my hair, it tracks into my house, it reflects light, it fu**s with my eyes. So, a lot of my palettes will be somewhat dusty and southwest themed.

I am a huge horror movie enthusiast. Well, anything weird and gothy I dig. Aliens, bats, blood, body snatchers, Cthulhu, garlic, ghouls, gore, guts, needles, swamp creatures, werewolves, vampires, zombies... And of course, zombie survival tactics.

As a writer, I find it necessary to marry the worlds of physical imagination and eloquent words. Photographs and colors are crucial when proving a point, proving evidence, reviving an old memory, things of that nature. Memories are stronger when a bit of the memory remain, like a piece of clothing, or a lock of hair. Most often than not, these bits of evidence that an event took place are used to form written memoirs.

Color is inspiration for language. Color is a tool that every human would be lost without- Forget fancy gadgets and the senses of sound and smell. Ultimate beauty is colorful and easily manipulated with one's hands.
