if you build it.. they'll destroy it, and pretend it never happened. then, they'll find everyone who ever knew about it, and lock them away to rot in a dungeon. then they'll lock themselves away, so nobody can question them. all in all it's not a very good situation to be in. so, essentially - don't build it, really. just stay away from anything that's been built.
