temari sushi, a super simple way to make sushi at home.
just lay down a square of plastic wrap , place your topping in the middle then about 2 tablespoonfuls of sushi rice on top of that. gather the corners of the wrap, twist, and form a moderately tight ball.

However, Not all Japanese can make authentic Sushi. We need a special training.
but... can make so easy-to-prepare Sushi. (>_<;)
