Вдохновение

My lunch today: fry 4 diced tomatoes in a little oil with a sliced spring onion. Let them soften up into a sauce, add some salt and black pepper and a bit of goat cheese/mozzarella if you like. Mix the sauce with some good pasta al dente. Enjoy!
